You do. Your service descriptions, prices, opening hours, staff labels and free-text notes remain yours. Entering them into Bookmint does not transfer any ownership to BETGERI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED.

You confirm that you have the right to submit what you enter, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You grant BETGERI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and transmit your inputs for one purpose only: producing the configuration, mockups, clips and exports you asked for, and supporting you if you contact us about them.

This licence ends when the material is deleted under the retention periods in the Privacy Policy, or sooner if you ask us to delete it.

We do not use your inputs or outputs to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not publish, sell or license them to anyone else.

Subject to your subscription being in good standing, you may use the booking configurations, message wording, rota suggestions, policy wording, mockups and walkthrough clips produced for you commercially and without attribution: on your booking page, in your messages, on a shop screen, in social posts and in print.

Free-plan mockups carry a visible mark. Paid plans include mockups and clips you can export and use without that mark, while the templates-only notice remains inside the export file.

• You may not resell or redistribute the output as a stock template library or a competing generator.
• You may not present a mockup as a screenshot of a live booking system or as real availability.
• You may not use the output in a sector excluded by the Acceptable Use Policy.
• You may not remove a templates-only notice from an export and then present the file as professional legal, employment or tax advice.

Yes. Configurations are produced from structured templates, so two businesses with similar services and hours can receive similar wording and a similar rota shape. Because of that, BETGERI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED does not warrant that any particular output is unique, and you should not rely on it as a distinctive brand asset without editing it.

The Bookmint name, interface, site design, photography, template logic and underlying software belong to BETGERI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED and are not licensed to you beyond using the service as intended.
