Terms of Service

The agreement covering your Bookmint subscription: what we supply, how billing works, what you are responsible for, and where the boundaries of the service sit.

Last updated: 20 July 2026

01

Who is this agreement with?

These terms are the agreement between you and BETGERI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a company registered in Scotland, United Kingdom, with its registered office at 8 Dundas Place, Kirkliston, Scotland, EH29 9BJ, United Kingdom, trading online as Bookmint at betgerisofft.shop.

By creating a configuration, subscribing to a plan or otherwise using the service, you accept these terms. If you are accepting them for a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

02

What is supplied?

Bookmint is an online software subscription and nothing else. It produces booking configurations, message wording, rota suggestions, policy wording, illustrative mockups and short walkthrough clips from information you enter.

There are no physical goods, no shipping, no on-site visits, no installation, no repair, no inspection and no certification. All delivery is digital and immediate within the workspace.

Bookmint is not a booking system for your customers, does not run your diary, does not send messages to your customers on your behalf and does not take payments from them.

03

Who may use it?

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bookmint. Users aged 13 to 17 may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. A subscription may only be taken out by a person aged 18 or over who is able to enter a contract.

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for everything done through your account.

04

How do subscriptions and billing work?

Plans are billed in USD by Stripe, either monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose. Prices shown on the Pricing page exclude any tax that may apply in your country, which is calculated and shown at checkout.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until it is cancelled. Monthly allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over. There are no credit packs, no prepaid balance and no stored value of any kind.

We may change prices for future periods. Where we do, we give at least 30 days’ notice by email before the change applies to your renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

05

What is the position on payments?

Card details are collected and processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. BETGERI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED never receives or stores your full card number, expiry date or security code.

Bookmint does not collect money from your customers. If you take deposits or payments for appointments, you do so through your own booking system and your own payment account, and those funds go directly to you. We provide no lending, credit, instalment or money-transmission service.

06

What are you responsible for?

  • Reviewing every configuration, message and rota before you publish it or roster anyone to work it.
  • Complying with the employment, working-time and consumer rules that apply to your business.
  • Handling your own customers’ personal data lawfully; you are the controller of that data, not us.
  • Not entering other people’s personal, health or payment data into the workspace.
  • Following the Acceptable Use Policy.

07

Who owns the inputs and outputs?

You keep ownership of what you enter and of the configurations, mockups and clips produced from it, on the terms set out in the Content License. BETGERI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED keeps ownership of the Bookmint software, interface and underlying templates.

08

What do we promise about availability?

We aim to keep the service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages and faults can interrupt it. Where an interruption is prolonged and within our control, contact support and we will consider a credit or refund under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

09

How is liability limited?

The service is supplied on the basis that its output is a draft for your review. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BETGERI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED is not liable for lost profit, lost bookings, staffing costs, penalties, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the output.

Our total liability connected with the service in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10

When can an account be suspended?

We may suspend or end access where the Acceptable Use Policy is breached, where use puts the service or other users at risk, where payment fails and is not corrected, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

You may cancel at any time; see the Refund and Cancellation Policy for what happens to the remainder of a paid period.

11

Which law applies?

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence where local law gives them that right.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms; the version on this page, with the date shown above, is the version in force.

Questions about this policy can be sent to support@betgerisofft.shop or by post to BETGERI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, 8 Dundas Place, Kirkliston, Scotland, EH29 9BJ, United Kingdom.
