How BETGERI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED handles personal data for the Bookmint booking and rota subscription, written for the people who actually use it: shop owners, sole traders and their staff.

Last updated: 20 July 2026

01

Who is responsible for your data?

BETGERI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED is the data controller for personal data processed through betgerisofft.shop and the Bookmint workspace. The company is registered in Scotland, United Kingdom, with its registered office at 8 Dundas Place, Kirkliston, Scotland, EH29 9BJ, United Kingdom.

You can reach the person responsible for data protection by email at support@betgerisofft.shop, by telephone on +44 7839420768, or by post at the registered office above.

Where you use Bookmintto prepare booking wording for your own customers, you remain the controller of your customers’ personal data. Bookmintdoes not run your booking system and does not receive your customers’ bookings.

02

What do we collect?

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account and billing data: the email address you enter at checkout, the subscription plan, billing country and billing status returned by Stripe, and the invoice history connected to your subscription.
  • User input: the business name, business type, service descriptions, service durations and prices, opening days and hours, staff first names or labels you enter, and the free-text description of how you work.
  • Generated outputs: the booking configuration, message wording, rota suggestion, policy wording, illustrative mockups and walkthrough clips produced from your inputs.
  • Support and enquiry data: your name, email address, business name, business type, staffing size and the message you send through the contact form or the booking setup review form.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, timestamps and error information recorded in server logs when pages and interfaces are requested.

We ask you not to enter your own customers’ names, contact details, health information or payment details into the workspace. Bookmint does not need them to produce a configuration.

The workspace does not accept user file uploads. The example prompts shown in the interface are supplied by Bookmint; they are not taken from another customer and are not linked to an account. If you replace an example with your own text, that text is treated as user input under this policy.

03

What are our collection sources?

Our collection sources are limited to the following:

  • directly from you, when you type into the workspace, a form, or the checkout email field;
  • automatically from your browser and our hosting provider, in the form of technical and log data;
  • from Stripe, our payment processor, which tells us the subscription status, plan, billing country and masked card details connected to your subscription.

We do not buy personal data, and we do not build profiles from third-party data brokers.

05

Who do we share it with?

We share personal data only with the processors needed to run the service:

  • Payment processing — Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your card details directly on its own hosted checkout. BETGERI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED never receives, sees or stores your full card number, expiry date or security code. We receive only the subscription status, the last four digits, the card brand and the billing country.
  • Hosting and content delivery — Vercel. Serves the website and runs the server functions that process your requests.
  • Database and file storage — Supabase. Stores contact and setup-review enquiries and account records.
  • AI provider. When you ask for a mockup or walkthrough clip, the minimum prompt text needed from your user input and generated configuration is sent to our AI generation provider. The provider processes it only to return the requested output. Your billing details, checkout data and support correspondence are never sent to the AI provider. We do not submit user input, example data, files or generated output for model training.
  • Email delivery. Used to send replies and service notices to the address you gave us.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where we are required by law to disclose information, or need advice on a legal claim.

Each processor acts on our documented instructions under a written data-processing agreement.

06

Are there international transfers?

BETGERI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITEDoperates from the United Kingdom, and our processors operate in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom or the EEA, the transfer is protected by one of the following: a UK adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional technical measures such as encryption in transit.

You can ask us for a copy of the transfer mechanism relied on for any specific processor.

07

How long do we keep it?

  • Workspace inputs and generated outputs: kept for up to 90 days so you can return to a configuration, then deleted. You can ask for immediate deletion at any time.
  • Illustrative mockups and clips: held with the generation provider for its own short processing window and removed from our records with the associated configuration.
  • AI provider processing: user input sent to the AI provider is limited to the active generation request and is not kept by us as a separate provider-side dataset. A deletion request for the related configuration also removes our task references and stored output and is passed to the provider where required.
  • Account and subscription records: kept for the life of the subscription and then for 12 months.
  • Invoices and transaction records: kept for 6 years to meet United Kingdom accounting and tax requirements.
  • Support and enquiry messages: kept for 24 months from the last message in the exchange.
  • Server and security logs: kept for up to 90 days.

08

How is it protected?

Traffic to betgerisofft.shop is encrypted in transit with TLS. Payment credentials are handled entirely by Stripe on its own infrastructure. Administrative access to the site is protected by a separate authenticated session, and secret credentials are held as server-side environment variables that are never sent to the browser. Access to stored enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to answer you.

No online service can promise absolute security. If a personal data breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the Information Commissioner’s Office within 72 hours and tell you without undue delay where the law requires it.

09

What rights do you have?

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended gives you the right to know what personal information is collected, used and disclosed, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is therefore nothing to opt out of, but you may still contact us to confirm this position in writing.

To exercise any right, email support@betgerisofft.shop from the address connected to your account. We respond within one month and may ask for information to confirm your identity.

10

What about cookies, automated decisions and children?

Bookmint sets only the cookies needed to run the site, including an administrative session cookie and the session cookies Stripe requires to complete a payment securely. We do not run advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Full detail is in the Cookie Policy.

Configurations, rota suggestions and mockups are produced automatically from what you type, but they have no legal or similarly significant effect on you: they are drafts you review, edit and decide whether to use. No automated decision is taken about your access to the service.

The service is not for children. It may not be used by anyone under 13. People aged 13 to 17 may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, and any subscription must be taken out by an adult. If we learn that we hold personal data about a child under 13, we delete it.

11

How do you complain, and how do we change this policy?

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, contact us first at support@betgerisofft.shop so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the United Kingdom supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk, or to the supervisory authority in your country of residence within the EEA.

When this policy changes we update the date shown at the top of the page. Material changes are also announced on the site before they take effect.

Questions about this policy can be sent to support@betgerisofft.shop or by post to BETGERI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, 8 Dundas Place, Kirkliston, Scotland, EH29 9BJ, United Kingdom.
