Refund and Cancellation Policy

How to cancel, what happens to the rest of a paid period, and the situations in which BETGERI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED issues a refund for a Bookmint subscription.

Last updated: 20 July 2026

01

What are you paying for?

A Bookmint subscription is access to the online workspace for a period, billed in USD. It is a digital service with immediate access; nothing is shipped and nothing is delivered physically.

Monthly allowances reset at the start of each billing period and are not carried over. There are no credit packs and no stored balance, so there is never an unused balance to refund.

02

How do you cancel?

Cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal, reached from the button on your welcome page after checkout, or by emailing support@betgerisofft.shop from the address on the account.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charge is taken after that.

03

Is there a cooling-off period?

Consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. Because access to the workspace starts immediately, you are asked to agree that supply begins at once, which means the 14-day right ends once the service has been fully performed.

In practice we are more generous than that: if you subscribe, produce nothing beyond a first trial configuration and write to us within 14 days, we refund the current period in full.

04

When is a refund issued?

  • A duplicate charge, or a charge taken after a cancellation was confirmed: refunded in full.
  • A renewal you did not intend, reported within 7 days and with no meaningful use in the new period: refunded in full.
  • A prolonged outage within our control that prevented normal use: refunded or credited in proportion to the time lost.
  • A first period with only a trial configuration produced, reported within 14 days: refunded in full.

Refunds are not normally issued for a period you have used, for output you did not like or edit, or for a change in your own business circumstances part-way through a period.

05

How are refunds paid?

Approved refunds are made by Stripe to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds by bank transfer, cash or to a different card.

We submit the refund within 5 working days of approving it. Your bank or card issuer usually shows it within 5 to 10 working days after that, depending on the issuer.

06

What if you disagree with a charge?

Contact us first at support@betgerisofft.shop with the date and amount. Most billing questions are resolved within one working day, which is faster than raising a dispute with your bank.

If you do raise a chargeback, we will respond to your card issuer through Stripe with the subscription record, the checkout confirmation and the correspondence. Where a dispute is decided in your favour, no further payment is due from you for that period.

Statements from this service show as BOOKMINT on your card statement.

07

Does this affect your statutory rights?

No. If you are a consumer, this policy sits alongside your statutory rights under the law of England and Wales and, where applicable, the consumer law of your country of residence. Nothing here limits a right you have by law.
